Bello and Bello Land Surveying Corp. is a Minority, Hispanic, Women-Owned land surveying firm specialized in all aspects in surveying and mapping solutions tailored to meet and exceed our client’s expectations. What began as a small family company founded by two sisters, has evolved into a cluster of 32+ talented professionals, committed to precision and success in every project.

General Land Surveying – Boundary – ALTA/NSPS Surveys

General Land Surveying is the core service that we provide. All other services listed herein are specialized products tailored to meet our client’s needs; however, the basic principles of data collection and mapping are basic, general land surveying.

Photogrammetry: Aerial Mapping, Drone (UAS), LiDAR and Remote Sensing

We specialize in UAS (survey-drone) and vehicle-mounted spatial imaging systems integrated with GNSS technology for high accuracy data collection. Geospatial data is processed, validated, and easily transformed into powerful information-rich 3D models for real estate inventories, environmental analysis, smart utility development, BIM, and GIS.

Underground

Population growth and land development have transformed our right of ways in congested underground utility corridors. Accurate information of existing subsurface utilities is critical to any project, it is essential to develop strategies to reduce risk, or at minimum to allocate risk and to make informed decisions in planning the new infrastructure.
