Kenia Bello, CST, Land Surveyor

In 2002, Ms. Kenia Bello, along with her sister, Odalys C. Bello founded Bello and Bello Land Surveying Corp. with the mission to produce innovative surveying solutions to respond the demands of South Florida engineering, architectural, land development, public and private infrastructure industries. Kenia began her career as a rodman, quickly became an instrument person, then a Party Chief and a draftsman. She received Land Surveying training in Miami-Dade Community College and continued to rise through the career ladder to become a Project Surveyor in charge of specific large, complex and highly technical projects.

Kenia’s passion for technology and her background in electronics has shaped the technological development of our company. She oversees our investments in specialized equipment, hardware and software, to ensure that our products are compatible with the different mapping platforms that our clients use.

Ms. Bello is a stickler for details, rules, and accuracy. As a QA/QC Officer, she oversees the implementation of our Quality Assurance Plan and Quality Check procedures. She is responsible for ensuring that our surveys are rigorously prepared in compliance with client’s specific demands, with the Standards of Practice, as set forth by the Board of Land Surveyors and Mappers, in applicable provisions of Chapter 5J-17, Florida Statutes, and with the requirements of the counties, municipalities and regulatory agencies.
