David B. Toyos, CST, Engineer Photogrammetrist, Land Surveyor.

As Director of Geomatics, Mr. Toyos is responsible for the development of our Geomatics Division and oversees the integration and implementation of geospatial technologies with other surveying methodologies to ensure that B&B leverages advance 3D data collection and processing. Mr. Toyos is also responsible for data integration, georeferencing, spatial analysis, GIS services and GIS Data Base Platform development and maintenance.

His surveying experience comprises over 30 years working in Cuba, Brazil and US, as a cartographer, hydrographer, geodesist, photogrammetrist, remote sensing (LIDAR), and certified GIS professional. He is an expert in geodetic control, aero triangulation, topo bathymetric, tidal corrections, 3D Data collection, processing and integration, large inventory asset analysis, cadastral and specialized mega mapping.

Mr. Toyos earned his degree as an Engineer Aero- Photo- Geodesist from the Havana, Cuba, Naval Academy in 1993. He is an NSPS CST II (National Society of Professional Surveyors Certified Survey Technician), he is a NOAA Certified Coastal Mapper, a Caris-Kongsberg Bathymetric Data Acquisition and Processing, an ESRI/GIS certified specialist and has various Iso certifications.
